Sales and Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, nurture customer relationships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role combines sales skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to support our customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Present products/services effectively and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in creating sales strategies and campaigns to boost revenue.

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide product/service information and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records, track feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or customer support is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support software is an advantage.
