Paper Covered Winding Aluminium Wire features an aluminum conductor wrapped with cable insulation paper to form a secure insulating layer. The wrapping structure is carefully controlled to meet defined layering and spacing requirements.

• The insulation consists of a minimum of three layers of paper tape.
• When more than three layers are applied, the innermost and outermost layers must be fully covered and wrapped, while the intermediate layers may be applied with a controlled gap.
• For standard wrapping, the gap between layers must not exceed 2 mm.
• When the paper tape width is 9.5 mm or greater, the maximum permissible gap is 3 mm.

This structured wrapping approach ensures consistent insulation integrity and performance reliability.
