Alcutrans supplies aluminum coils and foil for transformer winding, sourced from 1000 series aluminum alloys including 1050, 1060, 1070, and 1350 grades. These materials are chosen for their strong electrical conductivity, excellent thermal performance, and reliable forming characteristics. 

With conductivity reaching approximately 60% IACS, the aluminum strip provides efficient current transmission while maintaining good weldability and corrosion resistance. The alloy composition meets minimum industry requirements for strip conductors, and dimensional control ensures smooth, substantially burr-free edges. Strip sizes are produced in capacities equivalent to standard copper wire sizes.
